At this time, we ship only to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations, although we hope to expand our delivery area soon.
Express orders (Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air) placed by 12 noon CST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship from our warehouse the same day. Express orders placed over the weekend, on holidays, and after 12 noon CST on weekdays will ship out the next business day. Ground orders will ship within 24 hours. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.)
We offer three three UPS shipping options for delivery within the U.S.: Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. Please keep in mind, shipping times below are once the order leaves our warehouse in Florida.
You will be notified promptly by email of any delays in shipping. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together (due to size and weight), and may be received separately.
Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax and promotional discounts are applied. The standard USPS shipping costs apply, and are calculated based on your zip code. An additional $15 charge will be assessed for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Our site may contain links to other websites that are not bound by our privacy policy, and may have different policies (or none at all). Any personal information that you provide to other websites will be subject to the privacy policies of that site. A Studio on Wheels has no control over the information collection and distribution policies of these sites, and has no responsibility or liability for their independent policies or actions.
We collect a variety of information from our customers and visitors as they use our website. Below we’ve listed the types of information we collect, as well as how we use that information. We collect the following data through our backend services.
When you place an order with us, we ask for your contact information (your name, address, phone number, and email address). We use this information to process your order, to send you updates on your order status, and to get in touch with you if we have trouble processing your order. If you elect to sign up for our mailing list, we ask for your email address so we can contact you periodically regarding special offers or products we think you might be interested in. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, we will honor your request not to send them to you.
If you contact us via email or postal mail, we will use the return address you provide to answer your inquiry. This contact information is not used for any other purpose.
If you place a gift order with us, we collect the gift recipient’s name, shipping address and phone number to ensure that the order is processed correctly. From time to time, we may also use their contact information to notify them of special offers we think they might be interested in. We always allow the gift recipient to opt out of future mailings.
During the checkout process, we also collect your billing address and credit card information. This information is used for billing purposes only.
As you browse our website, we collect other types of information including: the name of the website you came from; which pages on our website you visited; what terms you may have searched for and your server’s IP address. We collect this information through the use of cookies (see below), and use the data to get a better idea of how visitors use and navigate our website. This helps us to merchandise our products more effectively and improve website layout and design.
We use a standard feature of your browser software that allows us to leave a unique identification number on your computer called a “cookie”. Cookies can help us personalize your return visits, and save you time during checkout by limiting your need to reenter information previously provided to us. If you set your browser preferences not to accept cookies, you will still be able to make purchases at our store, but you will be limited in the number of items you can purchase at one time.
We do not share your personal information with outside parties, except to the extent necessary to complete your order, or to provide services where the outside party is acting on our behalf and has no independent right to use the information we provide (i.e., a third party shipping or customer support center). Such parties are restricted from using your info in any manner other than helping us to provide you with the products and services available on our site.
We may combine individual customer data, including purchases and preferences, site usage patterns and other related information to create collective profiles of our visitors and their activities. We may share this information in an aggregate form with vendors, business partners, and other third parties to describe our website and customers. For example, we may tell a potential partner that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of people from a certain zip code purchased certain items, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
We also reserve the right to disclose personally identifiable information to legal authorities to the extent required by law, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our own or others’ rights, safety or property. A Studio on Wheels will have no legal liability for such disclosures.
Protecting the privacy of children is important to us. Our website is not directed to children, nor do we collect or store personal information from users we know are under the age of 13. We urge children to obtain their parents’ permission before sending any information about themselves over the Internet.
A Studio on Wheels uses secure servers to protect all of your personal information including your name, address and credit card information. Our checkout process uses industry–standard SSL encryption to ensure the privacy and security of your information as it travels over the Internet to and from our servers. (Please remember that no data transmission over the Internet, or by other means, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.)
If at any time you no longer wish to receive communications from us, you can remove your name from our mailing lists by doing any of the following:
1) Sending an email to customerservice(at)astudioonwheels.com (please be sure to send an email from each email address you wish to have removed);
2) Following the easy instructions provided at the bottom of every email;

If you would like to return or exchange an item, simply follow the instructions below:
1) Contact our customer service center at 850.457.4200 or customerservice(at)astudioonwheels.com to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.
2) Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with the packing slip.
3) Make sure you include your RA number in the following address, and mail the item back to us:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and contact us immediately. We’ll tell you how to send it back to us at our cost, and we’ll send you a replacement right away. No refunds on customer approved pictures.
While A Studio on Wheels wants you to be 100% satisfied with your item we are not responsible for any damage(s) to the package during shipping. If the item has been damaged during shipping we will work with you diligently to resolve a refund through the shipping company. A replacement item can be sent at an additional charge.
It’s easy and safe to place your order online via our website, but if you prefer to speak to a live person, you may call us at 850.457.4200 Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm CST and we’ll be happy to assist you.
After you place an order, you will receive two emails from us. The first will arrive shortly after you place your order, confirming that we’ve received it. The second will be sent after your order has shipped. These emails will contain your order number along with a link you can use to track the status of your order.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please call 850.457.4200 to speak to one of our customer service representatives. Please be aware that once your order is submitted, making any changes may delay its departure. If your order has already left our warehouse, simply wait for it to arrive and then follow the easy return instructions.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs.
Shipments to addresses within the state of Florida are charged applicable sales tax. Shipments to addresses outside of Florida are not charged sales tax.
Special offers and Promotion Codes are redeemed on the first page of the Checkout process under the “Discount Codes” header. Simply enter your code in the appropriate field, click “Apply Coupon”, and your discount will be automatically reflected in your final order total.
